Cancellation Policy – The New Normal Sexology

At The New Normal Sexology, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances do occur. My goal is to offer flexibility while ensuring that I can provide the best support to all my clients. To maintain fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation policy applies to all sessions:

 

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will not incur any fees, and your session can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

 

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will not be offered a refund for that appointment as reflected within the Terms & Conditions.

If you fail to attend your session without providing notice (no-show), you will not be refunded for your appointment.

 

3. Emergency Situations

I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.

 

4. Refunds & Deposits

Prepaid appointments that are cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will be refunded or credited toward a future appointment.

All appointments must be paid prior to session a minimum of 24 hours before hand.

 

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full appointment fee will apply.
