Upon reviewal of the intake form, I will provide appointment availability and direct you to complete payment online to secure your appointment.
If you are a returning client, who will not need to complete an intake form. Please email me to confirm an appointment time and then proceed to process payment online prior to your appointment.

Should you be experiencing financial hardships or a student, I am open to discussing fees further.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
If you cancel in advance, you may opt to have the amount credited towards a future session instead of a refund.

I do not currently accept private health insurance or Medicare rebates.
Receipts can be provided upon request if you wish to claim reimbursement through your provider.
